Offering a full project management resource to our customers from first meeting to roll out and beyond is very important to Loadhog.
Our project management resource will:
- Organise and manage product trials / pilots.
- Be on the ground to provide training and gain user feedback
- Provide technical feedback where required on for example pack build, pallet layout etc
- Produce a full review of any potential application with a comprehensive report and business case
- Agree and help manage roll out plans
- Provide ongoing consultation and training to our customers
It is as important to Loadhog as it is to our existing or prospective customers that the best applications are found for our products, and that we work closely and continuously with our customers to make sure any potential supply chain benefit can be fully realised.
