Retail

The Pally is used as a retail ready merchandising unit, its unique ability to function at supplier as a pallet, to move directly through the supply chain and function as a dolly at the retailer without the use of any additional equipment provides suppliers and retailers with the best of both worlds.

Used as a system with the Half Euro size Loadhog Lid this one touch, direct delvery model can be replicated with trayed goods. Both with fresh produce distribution at grocery retailers but also within other non-food retail supply chains the Pally and Lid system offer significant benefits.

Mail Handling

The Pally and Half Euro sized lid offer the perfect mail handling platform, bridging the gap between spacious, well designed and automated mail sorting centres and space restricted, poorly accessed, manual delivery offices.

The Pally, together with the lid (providing a lightweight, compact and stackable system) are rapidly becoming the worldwide postal industries material handling system of choice, replacing outdated, heavy and cumbersome cages and stillages.

Manufacturing

Pallet movements previously completed by locating and using a pump truck in a space restricted factory environment or by relying on a fork lift truck operator are now completed by one pedal push to engage the Pally's wheels at the end of process "A" and a second to secure it as a pallet at the start of process "B".

One of our customers eliminated 1500 fork lift truck movements per week, taking palletised product from a picking area to a wrap island, only 40ft away. They introduced Pally and now the operator picking the pallet wheels the product directly to the wrap island where it is secured in pallet form.

In addition, a number of our customers use the Pally not only to deliver these benefits in their own operations but also as a method of supplying finished product to their customers, where the Pally can be wheeled off lorries and secured line side offering significant added value over a traditional pallet base.

Healthcare

Combining all the advantages of industrial and logistics applications, the Pally brings additional advantages to the Healthcare market - not just for hospitals but for home delivery and theatre/ward assembly "merchandising" runs.  Electric Powered Trucks and forklift trucks are eliminated from busy and sterile hospital environments.  The Pally is hygienic as it can be washed. The Pally’s compact size and manoeuvrability mean it can go anywhere in the hospitals, will improve storage space and can be driven direct to the ward and left as a pallet to be picked off or returned for re-use.  The unit occupies less room in crowded hospital walkways and benefits the suppliers by providing improved safety on tail lifts, better trailer fill and zero waste.  Loadhog also offer an integrated shelving system on top of the Pally platform to offer a mobile storage/display unit for theatres and hospital stores.
