In 2006 Honda Manufacturing UK rolled out the UK and Euro size pallet lids to secure all inbound palletised parts. This was part of a zero waste to landfill target by 2010 set by Honda UK.
The Pallet Lid
Pools of plastic totes boxes and pallets used by first and second tier automotive suppliers to deliver parts to OEM are well established in the automotive industry.
However most of these pallet loads are still secured with one trip packaging such as banding or stretch wrap.
The Loadhog Lid is designed to be the fast and cost effective method of securing these pallets for movement through the automotive supply chain.

Bulk Container
