About us
Loadhog is a multi-award winning UK manufacturing company where genuine innovation lies at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission is to solve every day problems within logistics and supply chain operations – reducing transport requirements, eliminating packaging waste and making life easier for those using our products.
Operations are centred on ‘The Hog Works’ -our head office situated in Sheffield, UK . A 120,000 sq ft renovated Gun Factory situated near the River Don, here are housed all of our manufacturing, design and development resources, including a suite of Engel injection moulding machines, our state of the art MART layer pad wash machine, and our dedicated “ideas and innovation centre.”
Not only do we create environmentally focused innovations but we also aim to manufacture them with the same awareness. All of our products can be made from recycled materials, we use a free cooling system, harness heat from our machines to heat the factory, our wash process is detergent free and we recycle all used, unwanted or scrap parts from our products ourselves.
We also believe that an important contribution to our identity and success is driven by our status as an Employee Owned business with every employee at Loadhog owning their own shares .

Loadhog Ltd was established through our sister company Gripple Ltd when the Chairman, Hugh Facey identified the opportunity to develop a better method of securing a pallet load than traditional wrapping / banding methods.
Awarding winning Gripple Ltd (IMechE, Best Factory in the UK, 5 Queens Awards for Enterprise) is also based in Sheffield and is the world leader in the design and manufacture of wire joiners, tensioners and rope grips.
At the heart of both businesses is a constant focus on the innovation of new patented products that solve our customers problems and building manufacturing excellence within our operations in the UK.
