Loadhog Limited is an award winning company built on a commitment to provide innovative, cost effective and environmentally friendly solutions to significant problems that exist in the reusable packaging marketplace.
At the core of this commitment is Loadhog's state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities based in Sheffield and a continual focus on and investment in 'ideas and innovation'.
All of our products and our design/development resources are manufactured and situated in Sheffield, UK at "The Hog Works" - a 15,000 sq ft purpose built factory situated on the River Don. The Hog Works houses several of the largest injection moulding machines in Europe - licensing the MuCell process of nitrogen injection from Trexel in the US.
At Loadhog, not only do we create environmentally focused innovations but we aim to manufacture them with the same awareness.
All our products can be made from recycled materials, we use solar panels, river water heat exchangers, rain water collection systems and recycle all used, unwanted or scrap parts from our products ourselves.
We also believe that an important contribution to our identity and success as a business is driven by the equity participation afforded to everyone involved in Loadhog and Gripple operations. Loadhog is currently 49% employee owned and we are a member of the Employee Ownership Association.
